Kyla has been a Registered Veterinary Technician working in the GTA since 2016 with a special interest in senior care. She is an Elite Fear Free Certified Professional and Cat Friendly Veterinary Professional, and takes pride in keeping visits low-stress for all the patients that she sees. She is also a member of the Canadian Association of Veterinary Cannabinoid Medicine, has her certification as a Veterinary Cannabis Counsellor, and she is a Certified Peaceful Euthanasia Professional. Kyla has been working with therapeutic lasers since 2018, and she completed the Certified Companion Animal Rehabilitation Therapist program through NC State in 2025.
When she isn't at the hospital, you'll either find her reading horror novels, playing video games, or spending time with her husband and their 2 cats (Boba and Navi).
